TRAVELING VOCATION CROSS
The Traveling Vocation Cross (TVC) Program provides an excellent opportunity for families to pray for Vocations at home and teaches young children to appreciate the value of the Priesthood, Consecrated Religious Life, Marriage and Single Life.
This is how the TVC program works: Every Sunday a family, a couple or individual will be called before the dismissal of Misa Pro Populo, i.e. at the 10:00AM Sunday Mass, to receive the Traveling Vocation Cross and a Journal to write their experiences if they wish. In taking the vocation cross they commit themselves to pray during the week in the name of St. Augustine Parish for vocations and to thank all of those generously sharing in Church ministry and for the gift of sisters, brothers, priests and married couples.
At the end of the week, they bring the Vocation Cross back and which is then transferred to a new family, a couple or individual at the next Misa Pro Populo.

Attention Faith Formation Families: Confirmation Students earn 4 hours for hosting the TVC for one week.
